Ian clears his equipment from the site and landscaping begins with spreading 70 tonnes of topsoil and levelling using Derek's Tractor Mower and a Harrow made from an old pallet with 6" nails protruding underneath (crude but effective)! The final levelling required heavier weights on the frame and slightly larger towing apparatus in the form of Jennifer's Truck! The grass seed was then sown and despite daily attacks from grazing pidgeons and pheasants etc., the grass eventually emerged into a nice lawn. |
