Estimated completion - April!

The garage roof is complete and 1st fix plumbing and joinery starts with the completion of 1st floor screeding over the under-floor heating pipework. The weather remains very cold with sub-zero temperatures.

Ian carefully lays the engineered Oak flooring on the 1st floor and then begins setting out the stud walls, Ecovision engineers (no - they are not burglars) return to fit the Heat Pump while I fit 100mm Celotex insulation in between the rafters.

Tim Swales, our plumber on this project, begins setting out the pipework for the bathrooms, kitchen and utility room.
